Allegiance Crane & Equipment is looking for a Temporary Timekeeper for a 3-4 months Turnaround Project working from our client site in the Houston area.
Responsibilities
- Time Tracking: Collecting, reviewing, and verifying employee timesheets for accuracy against gate logs.
- Data Management: Ensuring hours, overtime, and absences are properly recorded for payroll processing.
- Compliance: Verifying documentation, such as safety certifications or signatures, is complete to meet company policies.
- Proficiency: Strong skill with Microsoft Excel and automated timekeeping systems (AES, TRACK; systems).
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Provide: correct reporting for billing purposes
Requirements
- HS Diploma
- Strong written, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills – Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be available to work 12 hour shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
- Must be open to working weekends
- TWIC card
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about office, in addition to sitting at a computer for extended lengths of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
