Allegiance Crane & Equipment is looking for a Temporary Timekeeper for a 3-4 months Turnaround Project working from our client site in the Houston area.

Responsibilities

  • Time Tracking: Collecting, reviewing, and verifying employee timesheets for accuracy against gate logs.
  • Data Management: Ensuring hours, overtime, and absences are properly recorded for payroll processing.
  • Compliance: Verifying documentation, such as safety certifications or signatures, is complete to meet company policies.
  • Proficiency: Strong skill with Microsoft Excel and automated timekeeping systems (AES, TRACK; systems).
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Provide: correct reporting for billing purposes

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • Strong written, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills – Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be available to work 12 hour shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
  • Must be open to working weekends
  • TWIC card

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about office, in addition to sitting at a computer for extended lengths of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
