Specialty Service Foreman

Allegiance Crane and Equipment is looking for Specialty Services Foreman to join our team in our Houston office. This person will lead with Crane and Rigging Specialty Projects.

The ideal candidate comes with experience in-depth Crane and Rigging.

Responsibilities: 

Position will be based out of our Houston, TX branch.

• Lead a team of specialized riggers on day to day task including but not limited to Jack and Slide , Gantry Work and Skates
• Selects and utilizes rigging equipment such as blocking, jacks, skates, hydraulic gantries, jack and slide systems, according to application needed and SWL
• Controls movements of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces
• Dismantles, maintains and stores rigging equipment
• Connects pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures with bolts, shackles and clamps
• Signals or given direction to workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure the safety of workers and materials
• Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability before engaging in hoisting and lifting
• Ability to lift and maneuvering heavy loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand.
• Other duties as assigned/requested.
