Allegiance Crane & Equipment is hiring a Service & Parts Coordinator for our Houston, TX location. This role supports service operations by keeping work orders accurate, maintenance requirements on track, and parts inventory organized and available for technicians. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment. Essential Responsibilities
  • Enter, review, and process all work orders accurately.
  • Track service maintenance requirements
  • Maintain adequate and organized inventory of parts used by technicians for repairs and preventive maintenance services.
  • Coordinate inventory of parts and adjust inventory as needed.
  • Advise Service Manager of any issues pertaining to parts, parts inventory, or other issues. 
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Responsible for the security of inventory and for analyzing the quality of parts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills for entering work orders, tracking maintenance requirements, and managing inventory records.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills. 
  • Proactive approach to problem solving (critical thinker)
Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, stoop, climb, and move about shop and equipment. Some heavy physical effort required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. Will regularly be exposed to noise, heat, dust, and fumes around the shop sites. Extreme weather conditions possible, at times. Must be able to drive a vehicle for local travel.
